John Severini

I’m John Severini, a PhD student at Georgetown University's Government department, where I'm majoring in International Relations and minoring in Political Theory and Political Methodology. I am currently working on a multi-paper project related to military effectiveness and naval warfare, but I also write about technology, economics, nationalism, and civil-military relations.
